2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be available in specific circumstances, including:

If you cancel your booking before a driver has been assigned or dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your delivery due to an internal issue on our side (for example, a vehicle breakdown or scheduling error).

Once a driver has been dispatched or the service has begun, refunds are generally not available, except in cases where Secure Logistics is at fault.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice — ideally at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time.

Cancellations made after this time may still incur a charge to cover driver allocation and administrative costs.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

You will receive written confirmation once your refund has been issued.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Failed deliveries where the recipient was unavailable.

Damage or loss caused by packaging issues outside our control.

Services completed as requested.
